You can put out the fire by hand. Just like cleaning spoils. But do it fast before it spread. And microwave will outomaticly open up when the food is cooked. Good for pies cause you dont have to worry about opening the door like oven. And tge frozen prep station is amazing cause it save's food to the next day

I love this series! The sauce is just an added challenge that you get to choose as you advance in the game - you just get to choose which of the 2 challenges you want. While the ones that make the customers take longer may be worse for you guys, it can be an advantage for someone playing solo or a team that might be struggling. I LOVE that feature! You can put fires out with your hands (ow). You could move the plates from the kitchen into the dining room for now and Jaz can just grab them for herself instead of waiting while you guys are cooking?
I like medium well for the soft juicy flavor . But I also the like crisp and dryness of well done at times . It’s basically like hot jerky . And you should def still make sure your jerky is top quality 🤣

I like steak but I have to get it well-done because I don't like seeing pink on the inside, it's something that triggers my OCD or anxiety or one of those. I feel like the way it was easiest for me to differentiate between medium and well done regarding the colors is the color of the small circle inside the meat. When it's medium it's all very similar shade of orange and when it's well done the bone outside and the circle inside are dark brown

Culture and meat production might be another factor because where I’m from, we are told to clean and completely cook all of our meat because it’s not safe or good to undercook them.

I'm from Portugal and in Açores we are known for our cows specially in one of our islands (São Miguel), it's known for it's steak. The steak is like half an inch tall or more and it's served with a sunny side up fried egg and french fries. And i have never seen anyone order that steak well done, only rare or medium (the chef might even refuse to do it well done).

I mean, there are some people whos stomachs can't really deal with rare or medium cooked steaks, one of my friends from school was a perfect example. She could stretch to a somewhere between medium-well done, but most of those times she wasn't feeling good afterwards. So from how you talk about steak and meats and such, that's like how the different shapes of pasta is "designed for what pairs best with what (creamy sauce, chunky, etc)". Personally for me, it depends heavily on what animal it's from, like a goat steak I will need that well done because it reminds me too much of lamb or mutton (I know their variant of steak is called chops) and those three for me is just chewing gum unless it's well done. Kangaroo as well, as told to me by my sister's husband who's Australian, that unless I know that the place is really good, I should get it well done, or medium-well done. But since it's necessary for chefs to perpetuate this myth they're going to keep spreading it, so looking it up is going to be tricky.

The worst act of war in regard to steak I have ever seen is when my uncle bought wagu beef and proceeded to braai (bbq) it and being uncertain how to cook it he went to shoe leather levels of cooked and that's the only taste I ever had of wagu delicious but cooked wrong🤣
If it's prime or better grade you got to go black and blue. It's so dang good. Worked in a steakhouse and it's just better. Salt and pepper. Maybe a specialty butter. Used to hear people say "I'm so sorry" before ordering well done, because everyone knows it's true

I think sauce don't add price to a dish, it's just an option, like different types of steak.

that means ash would have to move the plates farther and probably doesn't work with the sauce.
tip: put the sauce outside in the dining area, that way jas + ash can grab sauce if they need to and rik + price can focus on cooking main dishes

i not a beef lover so i always eat well done steak with creamy mushrooms sauce because i don't really the taste of beef 🧍🏻
Why don't you do one of each steak e.g. A rare a medium and a well done then you have one of each as a quick grab

If it's prime or better grade you got to go black and blue. It's so dang good. Worked in a steakhouse and it's just better. Salt and pepper. Maybe a specialty butter. Used to hear people say "I'm so sorry" before ordering well done, because everyone knows it's true
