    5:50xxx another reason to take the wobble out before making a pass down the entire butt is for *radial balance*.
    Once the handle is attached, and IF you use a tenon and/or metal pin for connection/linear balance, merely shimming the points and cutting the wobble out to even the points on the outside- there is the danger of moving the internal tenon and bolt to one side creating an abnormal wall thickness to one side and your cue can “bust out” because if this.
    In other words, just because v-groove points can be seen as even on the exterior, this does not necessarily mean the cue is radially balanced/constructed on the inside 😉
    PS. There are times one will want to switch to a left handed tool and face both ends of the part between centers 🙃

    Awesome and informative video as always....hey I was wondering if you ever do or plan to do a stacked leather wrap video?..there really isn't any good informative videos on that.
