2:43:35 NOTE:- we need that step. oContext is an object. It will always be a reference.. the reason view was not updating because we are directly changing object property (actual model data has changed, behind the scenes DISASTER has happened already😅) , hence binding is not updating (Model doesn't know changes have been made). View/ controls update when binding is changed or control property is changed, setProperty causes view update as we are using model method , updateBinding(true) as well..
