hair extensions! they add hair extensions so when jessica's hair was short, it looked long. when yoona's hair was cut during run devil run, those were also hair extension! there's a performance (probably TTS) where seohyun's extension is bothering her because it's sliding out of place, so she grabs it and tosses it to the side... but you can still see this little mass of 'seaweed' XDDD
the extensions were added but i guess they didn't have time to curl her hair. nowadays, extensions on snsd are very well hidden but not this time... maybe they ran into a lot of traffic before the event? *shrug* just guesses :)
