This is Project Ascension, it is a free to play WoW server that can be either Classless (Area 52) or you can play with a Random Draft mode (Elune) which will give you new skills/talents past level 10.
Game is pretty fun, its free and there is lots to do.

The only true thing I'm demonstrating in the video is the game play and how the Free (yes free) Porjection Ascension works for the Windows PC.
