These infos are taken by what has been said by the Capo di Stato Maggiore della Marina Militare (Navy Chief of staff)

I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later with my results.
I have a spreadsheet with the majority of world powers and all their military equipment mapped out from now to 2030+. Italy is certainly ahead of the game in terms of planning. There are not many nations exceeding their rapid development on the naval front except of course the PLAN. I am curious to see if they end up taking up the F-35B (The future of which does not look good with the current Italian leadership) for their future Trieste/Thaon di Revel (name is unconfirmed) because sources say that the future vessel can launch up to 10 F-35B.
I can agree with you on the good planning is making Italy for the future of the navy.
In regard of the name of the new LHD, no name is confirmed, but looks like that the name will be Trieste because rumors say that the PPA light will be called Thaon de Revel Class.
Regarding the statement about the F-35, I read that speech too, but no official action has been taken to cut down on the F35.
Especially because the Navy Chief of staff said that the plan for the navy is still to receive 15 F35B to use together at the same base with the 15 F35B ordered by the Airforce
@@DailyBattlefields allora lo sai anche tu. che 15 f35 b se li tiene l'aeronautica mentre alla Marina gli aspettano solo 15 f35b ...tu sai delle novità su questo fatto Non trovo giusto l'attegiamento del'aeronautica perché già gli aspettano 60 f35 A e potevano tra questi farne 15 in versione B che toglierli alla Marina....io penso che l'aeronautica faccia questo per non perdere eventuale partecipazione nei contesti operativi dove non ci sono piste lunghe e se non si forniscono di veivoli a decollo verticale a quel punto faranno intervenire i veicoli della Marina ....ma non potevano pensarci prima di prendere 60 f35A ? ti auguro buon Natale e felice anno daily
E pensare che io vedo i video delle forze armate italiane con titolo inglese solo per vedere i commenti degli stranieri nei confronti della gloriosa Italia

I don't think the ship has really been named yet. It's my understanding the PPA is the new bridge area with 360° navigation with 3d simulator for terrain. I believe the same PPA bridge will be available for the new LHD

Si hai capito bene, c’è uno studio per rimuovere lo skijump ed allungare il ponte di volo per facilitare l’utilizzo degli F35B
Ma lo skijump non è pensato proprio per facilitare il decollo risparmiando sulla lunghezza del ponte?
Questo skijump è stato creato per facilitare gli Harrier che erano stati progettati per operare dalla classe Invincible inglese che aveva lo skijump.
Mentre invece, l’F-35B, si crede, lo studio è in corso, che l’utilizzo ripetuto con uno skijump ad un angolo così alto, può ridurre la vita del carrello e della cellula

Daily Battlefields: If I recall correctly, in a previous video you stated the DDX will be 13K tonnes & 165-170 metres. In this video you state 10K tonnes. Out of curiosity, which will the it be more likely? Also will it still be within the 165-170 metre parameter?
The latest rumors talks about a class of ships of about 10.000 tons, with a length of more or less 160-170 meters.
It should be an upgraded Orizzonte Class, with anti ballistic missile capabilities thanks to the Aster 30 B1NT and capabilities of ground attack thanks to the cruise missile Naval SCALP, but all of these are just rumors.
All we know for sure is that the Navy Chief of Staff has requested two new DDG of around 10.000 tons to take the place of the Durand de la Penne before 2030

Do they have the money to procure the ships. France , uk and germany all have small number of ships even though their economies are in a better shape
@Rosen Azad Chowdhury you need to remember also that many of these programs are shared with other nations, making the costs of Research and Development shared.
For example the FREMM and Horizon project has been shared with France, the new EPC also will be shared with France, for the LSS Vulcano, France has just signed a contract to build 4 Flotlog based on the Italian project Vulcano, making a return in investment for Italy.
The cost to develop the U212 Subs has been shared with Germany and for the new DDG Italy is searching for a collaboration and rumors says that might be the UK to share the project
German navy is for sure inferior in terms of numbers, but both the Marine Nationale and the Royal Navy are "bigger" than the Marina Militare Italiana, then in percentage Italy is always investing more or less the same 1.5-1.6 % of the national budget with some spike around 2.3 every now and then with extraordinary measures, about the Marina Militare plans I would say that will be hard to obtain everything they are programming and as always they will try to do the best with the resource they will have, there are a lot of things to consider when talking about those things.

la Garibaldi c'è ancora e sarà sostituita dalla Trieste nel 2022, mentre la Giulio Cesare si dice che sarà una futura portaerei che sarà costruita nel 2034...spero proprio di sì così l'Italia si doterà di una vera portaerei da 50 passa tonnellate.

Perché il mio obbiettivo all’apertura del canale era di essere un punto di riferimento per chiunque volesse sapere qualcosa sulle forze armate italiane, quindi ho deciso di creare video in inglese in quanto è la lingua parlata in più stati.
Comunque, da quasi un anno ho deciso di fare video in due parti, la prima in inglese e la seconda in italiano
