Well... I'm an old dude. I have seen Carcass, Cannibal Corpse, and Death in concert. I saw Death like... 15 times. I honestly don't really know the other bands well.
Poland here, proud to have two of my bands here. You should DEFINTELFY check Decapitated. Old stuff is like classic technical death metal until Carnival Is Forever, where they become to chug and groove more but still... Vogg is our greatest metal guitarist and on of the best ever.

Opeth, Behemoth, Amon Amarth, Arch enemy... almost half of the list are not even death metal bands.
