shrimp tacos recipe:
- corn flour tortillas
- Mexican style rice
- shrimp (my fav is the frozen pre-prepped kind from Trader Joe's)
- thai sweet chilli sauce
- coconut aminos
-garlic powder
This recipe is so simple & it takes like 10 minutes! All you need to do is add vegan butter or olive oil to a pan and saute the cooked & thawed shrimp. Add coconut aminos and garlic powder while cooking the shrimp. Cook for 3-5 minutes and then top with Thai sweet chili sauce. From there- just assemble the tacos!
