Ingredients:
For the dough:
150g (2/3 cup) butter
100 g (approx. 3.5 oz) chocolate
4 eggs
120 g (about 1/2 cup) sugar
120 g (about 1 cup) flour type 1050
1 tsp cinnamon
20 g (approx. 1/4 cup) cocoa
80 g (about 2/3 cup) walnuts, chopped
2 teaspoons of baking soda
For the filling:
200 g (approx. 7 oz or just under 2/3 cup) apricot jam
For the icing:
100 ml (about 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) cream (30% fat content)
100 g (approx. 3.5 oz) chocolate
Baking instruction:
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes (top/bottom heat).
Use a baking pan that measures: 20cm x 30cm (about 8" x 12")

Почему не написали название торта. В нашей семье он называется Захер . Мой любимый! У него масса вариантов прослойки - можно сушенные сливы с орешками, можно шоколадную подливку(ее рецепт вы дали) Даже молотый мак с перемолотыми сухариками или сухое варенье из любых фруктов. Но классика жанра - абрикосовое повидло ! Да , это чисто австрийский торт!! Спасибо! Пишу с УКРАИНЫ .
Но это не Захер. Орехам и корице в Захере не место, наоборот, к нему добавляется ваниль. И упомянутые вами варианты не имеют ничего общего с оригинальным венским Захером.

Es ist genau das Rezept das meine Mutter immer gemacht hat wenn wir zu besuch kamen. Nur wurde er in einer runden Springform gebacken und dann durchgeschnitten. Übrigens ein super Rezept für hungrige Gäste, denn dieser kuchen ist ungeheuer sättigend. Mit einem schönen Klecks schlagsahne (mit Eierlikör parfümiert ) ein Hochgenuss und alle sind zufrieden. Es reicht ein Stück 😂
Mit einer Parfümnote aus Eierlikör klingt das absolut köstlich! Ein Stück reicht, aber es ist schwer, sich daran zu halten, oder? 😂👩🍳 Liebe Grüße, Anna
