So when it comes to an EPC on HMOs I understand that serving a section 21 won’t be an issue but renting out the property in general on individual AST will they still be allowed if the property doesn’t have a EPC of c?
So presumably the same will apply to tenants living in provided accommodation with energy ratings less than E! Value for money on rhe benefit in kind tax we're expected to pay?

Had an EPC done on semi, the assessor with 10 years experience took 7 mins. Not surprised 30-40% of EPC contain inaccuracies!!!
