The 'music' at the very start of this video sounds like you have a multi-point cutter cutting mainly on only 1 point ;)

This appears to be a left-handed machine. Cutter rotation and arbor thread are not the following the convention - of clockwise rotation.
Goes badly wrong at 7:15 - the arbor nut should only be tightened after the arbor support is put in place. Otherwise you risk bending the arbor.
