I went to see a practitioner of the body code. I had severe joint pain in my proximal thumb joints for a few months now, mild to moderate with short intense bursts for a few years. It improved quite a bit. She told me that if I did not cultivate my spiritual side I would have serious regrets by age 60. I listened to this video and did the Honey visualizing cleansing segment. The debilitating pain was gone. Been smiling all day, I look drunk with joy. Went to the gym and did some weights, took my kid out to go enjoy the city. Last week I had difficulty pulling down my pants to get changed. Be the light, the love, and the joy that spreads the waves allowing others to join the current. Reality is our reflection. Fear just fogs up the mirror.

Tolle talked about how no one can navigate or deal with the future because it's only existing as a concept of our image-ination, with all its attendant fears, hopes, suspicions, guesses, hunches, extrapolations, accepted & or rejected teachings, etc.

Have not listened yet. I like to think that everything either side of now is imagination.
That's another way of explaining the difference between time and eternity. Eternity has no past or a future, it's perfect and stable.

I joined in the meditation and the honey visualization exercise and felt every cell in my body oozing joy, and then I went to my organic grocery store. What happened there was so amazing, I counted 7 people in all who just walked up to me, total strangers and we started speaking, laughing our heads off like we knew each other forever… such a beautiful joyful experience.

@JJAK Family It's a tough name to live up to For Sure. In Latin Good means GOD, ALL also means GOD. I named my 10 year old son DEUS VITAM GOODALL. DEUS means Souvergn GOD. VITAM means life.
I just think it's really wholesome that he asked if he could have a favor and the favor was to share a healing visualization that helps others. I just love him so much. This was one of my favorites so far :)

In other words, we are far from ,empty vessels, when we are born. And I always thought the whole point of rebirth is to transmute these rough and ready characteristics , over different lifetimes, until rebirth is no longer necessar .y

What I appreciated was his perspective on healing. I have used source energy for my arthritis pain for years now instead of addictive levels of pills for pain and inflammation.

I think of linear time as the ultimate game of jump-rope. You see it, you feel the rhythm, and choose the moment you want to jump in. Or you stand back and observe. Consciousness chooses freely.

Yes, that didn't resonate with me as being true at all. And didn't he say we reincarnate immediately after we die? He said the first thing we see is your mother and doctor. What about the Life Review and healing process? Surely we get to spend some time in the higher realms. And what about free will? Maybe I don't want to reincarnate!

Man creates his own reality. A man decided we have a certain thing and he defined it and named it " ego ". Then he spoke about it to others, and then he wrote it in a book and people read and believed. Your guest believes. He's still " part " of this world. He hasn't disconnected yet.

some have said there were towns you can live. some say you can create your own place, kind of like Westworld. :)

The only theory that unifies us all and makes sense is that we are all consciousness and infinite things/experiences can come through (consciousness) but the one who is aware, or conscious, never changes. So people telling us how it is is only their experience and it will be different when you or I go through the same thing.
Because we are all our own being and we are all different. There is no 1 truth because we have our own paths. Not one person is the same and not one person has the exact experience. If you’re searching for one truth then you’ll find it when it’s your time

Yet another "Thank you, Alex!" Many cannot count back from 10 to 1 without losing focus. Wow! Thanks for this interview with Grandmaster Wolf. Fascinating and calming.
I appreciate Grandmaster Wolf explaining his point of view but I just can't agree with them. His approach to explaining his "theories" (which they are -- but he doesn't consider them that) are thinly vailed attempts at discrediting everyone else's beliefs.
Scientifically speaking, many people can't visualize (Aphantasia) in their minds eye.
Also, his guided meditation at the end, is visualization.
I mean no disrespect, just didn't resonate with me.
Visualization isn't something I do naturally. I didn't understand that people actually saw pictures in their heads. And it's pretty weird to me to be honest.
