Bro i am studying 3rd mechanical engineering right now this video is very useful to. Meee kindly upload more like this in every topic in partical manner
Really really thanks for this vedio sir . I badly want this vedio because I am designing roller conveyor as well as rotary table machine. Thanku thanku sir lot of love ❤.
Please do a video on how to properly attach a motor to a rotating platform. For example, what goes before and after the motor, couoling and bearing. I watched your bearing videos.
I didn't get the point at 26:00. How it can be right to assume that load like its rotating and to take it as equivalent moment of inertia, if it is moving directly and has no moment of inertia in fact. Can someone explain physics behind that, please?
Instead, you would typically use the energy equivalent of the rotational and linear inertias and reduce them on the motor speed to arrive at the torque. Let me know, if you need an example
See, the belt is in contact with the surface of the pulley, so for any rotation of pulley, The load on the belt moves forward by exactly the same distance that the the pulley circumference moves, This means the load linear motion depends directly on the radius of the pulley and the angle of its rotation- if roller rotate x radian, load will move- X radian. r (if roller rotates full rotation - 2 pi. r) And the same condition will occur, when we put the load on the circumference of the pulley, right ? This is what i did here, i put the total load (100 kg as a point load) over pulley circumference, and we know the moi of a point load at distance r, here r is roller radius. But this is just an approximation calculation.
For fixed indexing up to 24 stations, we use a standard indexing gearbox with an induction motor- I have used the Orbital system. But there are lots of local brands.
I'm not sure about bag. but you can surely customize t shirt, there are a lots of online t-shirt printing stores. (Here I can't publish someone else logo on merchandise, that would not be appropriate)
Black Friday special offer: $5 for a Screw Nut Set with 1750pcs! jlcmc.com/product/b/E02/BR9688/hex-cylinder-screw-nut-set-m3-m6?from=mmnut
Nice one❤... Would like to watch more videos on fixtures, NPD, advanced GD&T etc...
Yes
Yes
Your explanation is like as sweet to understand about inertia and moment of inertia.
Thank you 😚😚
Great in-depth knowledge ❤

Your videos are so good! Thank you for making them, I learn a lot from them! :)
You're so welcome!
excellent explanation ❤
Best Content ...
Nice video. I have been searched for this kind of information. Thank you~
Glad it helped you!
Really really thanks for this vedio sir . I badly want this vedio because I am designing roller conveyor as well as rotary table machine. Thanku thanku sir lot of love ❤.
Your video on hardness helps me in multiple drilling head machine design. It helps me to select proper material. You are real guru for us sir❤
Thank you so much ❤️
Great content!
Thank you for these videos. They help a lot.
Excellent 👌👌
Perfect content.🎉
Thank you 🙌
Video is amazing thank you so much!
You're welcome! 😁
Love from India tamil Nadu
love you bro.. Clear explanation
You make more valuable knowledge for anyone, thank you a bout that
Thanks so much!
Thanks Sir

Okay, I will make a video on that!
Excellent
Super...
Great content brother hats off to your hard work, please link your mechanical notes so that we can make use of it
Video on chain conveyor
Sir also guide how to give route for wiring and pneumatic pipe in rotary table. Please guide best possible ways
Noted!!
Next topic heat treatment process and hrc etc how to exactly give hrc 50 60 etc details ❤
There is already a video on heat treatment, do check that out
waiting for fresh new series... do you have any calculation n motor selection course. please let us know.
I will publish an ebook, soon
I am finding paid courses regarding same bro.
@@mastermechanicaldesignwow great eagerly waiting for that one🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

@kamalakannan.1971 not only example, actually I didn't understood your text, sorry. But thanks for try.

Where did you get those values in coefficient of friction?
From bearings datasheet
For ball bearings - approx 0.02
For roller bearings - approx 0.05
Between dry finish steel plates - 0.1 to 0.5
Which type of compnay motor we have to use for roatry indexing table , If we develop in house rotary table

Keep it up sir 🫡
Is jlcmc delivery parts available in india
Yes, in india too
torque to pulling 19Nm how it does obtain sir>?
Where ? Leave time stamp
Sorry sir but where u from take coefficient of friction value 0.5 when we use rail and lm block?
This is just for an example. For LM rail and block- coefficient of friction can be considered as 0.02 to 0.05
Can we get the t shirt with solid work printed. And also a bag with solidwork printed.
I'm not sure about bag. but you can surely customize t shirt, there are a lots of online t-shirt printing stores. (Here I can't publish someone else logo on merchandise, that would not be appropriate)
The cylinder will accelerate only at the start of the stroke, not throughout the whole stroke. It will accelerate and then decelerate.
Yes, maybe because air will not feed with the same speed, this is why i have mentioned - it depends on air flow rate
