This video would be so much more helpful if you just showed where on the power driver board the fuse is located. I know I have a fuse out. I just can't figure out which one because my multimeter isn't working so I can't check them for continuity.

Which fuse did you replace? I replaced secondary flasher at 111 and that did not fix it. dude below me asked the same question 6 months ago,so I'm thinking you don't read English, but only speak it?
No The problem was youtube and this stupid google+ shit. I didn't get any notifications when people posted comments on my videos. I'll try to remember which one it was.
