Music Education Round Table @ GRAMMY Week with Run DMC

In partnership with the Grammy Music Education Coalition and NAMM Foundation, The John Lennon Educational Tour Bus was parked at the Staples Center for GRAMMY Week. Students, educators and celebrities came together to celebrate music education and address the impact of music education. This panel includes Hip-Hop legend DMC of Run DMC, producer/mentors Ivan Barias & Tarik Ward of GRAMMY Music Education Coalition, Fernando Pullum of Fernando Pullum Community Arts Center, Pullum student Micah Heard, Paralee Knight from Wells Fargo, Ryan Ruden from SONY, Mary Luehrsen from the NAMM Foundation, Mark Barden from Sandy Hook Promise. The Lennon Bus also provided a studio gear setup to Fernando Pullum Community Arts Center in Los Angeles courtesy of its sponsors Yamaha, OWC, Genelec, Reason Studios, K&M, Mackie, Audio-Technica and Neutrik USA.
