John lennon said that this was how it should have been sung and it's the best version he'd heard . I know it's controversial Elvis will allways be the king but on his best day he couldn't sing as good as . John Farnham

He’s one of the best in the world. Proud Aussie moment here. Not only is he an amazing vocalist but he’s funny, jokes around, so down to earth and so humble. If he is ever performing with someone else he gladly stands back and let’s them have their moment. I love him and have for decades. He sings in his chest only and his range is amazing plus he sings with emotion and passion. Just a bloody great country bloke and looks very sexy on a horse bearding cattle lol.

John was actually born in the UK but his family emigrated to Australia when he was about 10 years old.
At 18 years old he became famous after singing ‘Sadie The Cleaning Lady’ on tv and it made number one on the charts.
Throughout his whole career to date, John has maintained a great rapport with his audience and respect for everyone. Beautiful soul.

You have now discovered what we have long been blessed with here in Australia - one of the greatest to ever grace the stage. At his live performances he manages to hold each member of the audience in the palm of his hand and you are right there up on stage with him, feeling the energy, the passion and the warmth. Now 72, we don’t know if we will ever hear him live again. I hope so, but if not, I am so glad other parts of the world are discovering him and I will cherish each time I have heard him sing.

He is also a great Beatles fan and always finishes his concerts with a Beatles song. He sings from his heart and soul with love, for music and his fans. I watched his very first appearance on tv in the early 70's and have been a fan ever since. I am so happy that he brings you joy, and i am sure he would be too.

He is the complete package and so down to earth he’s never sung a bad note in his life. In his early days he also sang for another famous group “little river band” check out reminiscing it’s awesome
