I feel like people seem to not understand the purpose of the lock on. If you lock on someone and they hid behind a rock, if you shoot the bullet at the rock its gonna hit the rock but if you shoot it to the side it will curve around the rock and hit them. If you lock on to someone you can get behind cover and look to the side and the smart bullet will fly out and then curve and hit them.
He is not overpowered he's balance his tactical is annoying but it's not overpowered it only locks onto enemies if you aim at the enemy also it can only lock on to one enemy
Funny title aside, his kit DOES seem a bit overpowered. Maybe make his ult take longer to charge, last a bit less, and also make his tac (when affected by it) take a little bit longer to overheat cause it doesnt allow you to do much at all (which is kinda the point but it can turn turn a fight too easily when it also has lockon and does damage on hit and overheat)
It depends on how you handle it. He feels Semi-Strong, not S-Tier but Strong. The Overheat Mechanic is uncommon to proc unless it's against an extremely aggressive opponent, or using something like an R-99. Otherwise, it simply won't trigger in time. The Ultimate is there. Great supporting purpose, but won't win firefights. It simply counteracts Ammo issues, which shouldn't occur with an Assault.
I'd say his ult is at a good spot if not for movement speed buff. Not broken but 3 in 1 buff puts him slight ahead of other legends. Infinite ammo being his ult's signature point and faster reload is well fitted plus. Shouldn't pull him back too far if the speed buff removed.
