Yep! I learn it in a french-canadian tv show! The MC went to South Korea for the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, and he met a french-canadian woman who live in South Korea, and she taught at him that when you say this sentence "qu'est-ce qu'il y a" fast , it sounds like a korean curse word lol.
