For the two lead actors to only debut some 3 or 4 years ago, Lee Jae-Wook and Go Yoon Jung did really well on this drama. I've only watched LJW in Extra Ordinary You prior to AOS, and I've never seen GYJ in any Kdrama before. Great acting and chemistry between them.
Can’t believe we’re down to its last 2 episodes. I love and cherish this drama. It saved me from depression and was my only source of joy this 2022. I will miss Naksu and Jang Uk and Daeho.

You know that this is a K-D and they are allergic to controversy. They rather kill the careers of their stars rather than giving fans they want (if they want to pair again on other film). Having a "love team" in Korea almost doesn't exist. Even some K-D that has another season change their love MCs.

These two is literally the perfect pair in terms of appearance. Yoon-jung sublimely blends with jae-wok's hard and masculine features. Her big expressive sparkly eyes with his cold and distant looks. Her soft plumpy face with jae wok's high cheeckboned and defined jaw. The Chemistry for me is flawless and beautiful. I won't stop talking about them anytime soon.

There's something so magical about this drama. From the cinematography to acting, it feels so close to my heart. I am usually a very impatient kdrama watcher. I watch most of the drama's at 1.5x lol but I can't do the same with this drama. Every scene is too precious to pass by. Good amount of heart break laced with good amounts of humour and romance and the most important thing, a great storyline. Most definitely one of the very few things I'll remember about 2022 even after years. LJW was good in Extraordinary You but in this drama, he bodied the character. It's him. He is Jang Uk. Can't get over his signature hugging style tho. Somin (Mudeok) was incredible in the first part. I know lots of people were skeptical about Yoon Jung (Bu Yeon) but I was really looking forward to her acting and she did not disappoint. I feel like for each and every character, the casting was amazing. And the OSTs. Oh boi has it been a while since we got good OSTs. Ailee my queen is always pulling at my heartstrings whenever she does an ost. Lia's one has been on repeat. All in all, great drama. Just please let the ending not cause us too much pain. That's all I ask for lol.

Best kdrama with most amazing osts.. I have been watching kdramas for almost a decade now but this one is something else. Everyone did a magically amazing job thank u for bringing this masterpiece to us .. this ost will be on loop for me now.. really wonder how I can wait till Saturday

I've just finished watching the last episode and I already miss each character from AOS. It's been a while since I've loved everything in a series. From the OSTs, the actors' acting skills, the cinematography, the CGI, the love stories, the plot to the action scenes, everything was perfectly made. Thank you Alchemy of souls for making me feel so many emotions throughout 2022 and even early 2023. You will always hold a special place in my heart. 💙

그동안 ost만해도 약 30곡 참여하셨고 애절한 발라드류도 많이 부르긴 하셨어요. 팬들이야 수록곡 외 모든 참여곡들 다 들어서 잘 알지만 대중들은 보통 타이틀곡 위주로 들으시니 댄스곡/파워풀한 곡들 위주로 알고계시죠. 애절한 발라드가 있는데도불구라고 타이틀로 그루브있거나 파워풀한 곡을 위주로 내세우는건 아직까지도 에일리라는 가수만의 대체불가능한 곡 스타일이 있기때문이라고 생각하구요. 에일리님 스스로도 아직까지는 발라드보다는 댄스가수라고 생각하시는 것 같아요.😊
I can't believe that only 2 episodes remain of AOS. I started watching it in the covid peak of 2021. It has been a great source of comfort and entertainment. Truly historic story and the most painful love story. Jang Uk and Naksu are iconic. Hope for a happy ending for these two.
As someone who has been watching Go Younjung since He Is Psychometric, Law School, Sweet Home, Alchemy of Souls S1 & S2, i can’t express how much i am feeling so proud for GYJ to have this achievement. She’s so versatile 😭 I love her so much, hoping to see more projects work from here (directornim please cast Jaewook and Younjung together again in modern drama)
Jang Uk and Naksu portrayed their role very well despite of the changes in the female lead. Both female in S1 and S2 did their best, it is fascinating how Jang Uk maintain the chemistry with both female lead actress without disappointing the viewers. I hope the episode will be extended to 16.
Finally, it's officially here after long wait. I really love this ost since the first time I heard it. So dreamy, magical & perfect OST for UkYeong couple. Touch my heart deeply.

Youn jung is such a great amazing actress..I watched season 1 after watching her as naksu in episode 1..but disappointed that she never came back in s1..she deserves this role..she was the real naksu from beginning and it was always her story..finally she us gaining the recognition she deserves..I was waiting for her to be casted as lead when I saw her in sweet home..she is really gorgeous and adorable..she and jae wook had better chemistry..they are quite comfortable with each other..hoping to see them again together
i think Jung Somin did well as Mudeok/Naksu/Buyeon in S1, they both have same vibe... the writer of this drama really amazing, they did well... the plot twist too...
the way this drama has had my heart is something else. i can't believe this drama is over, this season wrapped up the drama so well and i fell in love all over again. on top of that this ost so beautifully connects their story. i will be thinking abt this drama for a long time and prob will watch it again very soon

Honestly one of the best dramas I watched in 2022. Love their happy-sad love story so much. It's the fact that they end up together everytime even when they don't even know it and even when the whole world is against it. They still don't care. I love them so much

Best kdrama with most amazing osts.. I have been watching kdramas for almost a decade now but this one is something else. Everyone did a magically amazing job thank u for bringing this masterpiece to us .. this ost will be on loop for me now.. really wonder how I can wait till Saturday

Kindly read my comment clearly I said it is best kdrama with most amazing osts and it's a fantasy kdrama.. I have been watching kdramas for more than 10 years now and every genre has a masterpiece and let's not fight over this as we all know there are rarely any kdramas that aren't good .

I've just finished watching the last episode and I already miss each character from AOS. It's been a while since I've loved everything in a series. From the OSTs, the actors' acting skills, the cinematography, the CGI, the love stories, the plot to the action scenes, everything was perfectly made. Thank you Alchemy of souls for making me feel so many emotions throughout 2022 and even early 2023. You will always hold a special place in my heart. 💙

이거들으면서 느꼈던게 에일리가 이런 애절한 발라드도 어울리는데도 불구하고 매번 파워풀한 가창력만 내세우는 그런 음악만 했다는게 배신감이 느껴질정도다. 에일리 음악들어온 사람으로써 이건 전혀 에일리라고 생각 못할정도의 감정선인데.. 꼭 드라마 ost아니여도 이런류의 노래들고 나왔음 좋겠다.
그동안 ost만해도 약 30곡 참여하셨고 애절한 발라드류도 많이 부르긴 하셨어요.
팬들이야 수록곡 외 모든 참여곡들 다 들어서 잘 알지만 대중들은 보통 타이틀곡 위주로 들으시니 댄스곡/파워풀한 곡들 위주로 알고계시죠.
애절한 발라드가 있는데도불구라고 타이틀로 그루브있거나 파워풀한 곡을 위주로 내세우는건 아직까지도 에일리라는 가수만의 대체불가능한 곡 스타일이 있기때문이라고 생각하구요. 에일리님 스스로도 아직까지는 발라드보다는 댄스가수라고 생각하시는 것 같아요.😊
I can't believe that only 2 episodes remain of AOS. I started watching it in the covid peak of 2021. It has been a great source of comfort and entertainment. Truly historic story and the most painful love story. Jang Uk and Naksu are iconic. Hope for a happy ending for these two.
As someone who has been watching Go Younjung since He Is Psychometric, Law School, Sweet Home, Alchemy of Souls S1 & S2, i can’t express how much i am feeling so proud for GYJ to have this achievement. She’s so versatile 😭 I love her so much, hoping to see more projects work from here (directornim please cast Jaewook and Younjung together again in modern drama)

Jang Uk and Naksu portrayed their role very well despite of the changes in the female lead. Both female in S1 and S2 did their best, it is fascinating how Jang Uk maintain the chemistry with both female lead actress without disappointing the viewers. I hope the episode will be extended to 16.

Youn jung is such a great amazing actress..I watched season 1 after watching her as naksu in episode 1..but disappointed that she never came back in s1..she deserves this role..she was the real naksu from beginning and it was always her story..finally she us gaining the recognition she deserves..I was waiting for her to be casted as lead when I saw her in sweet home..she is really gorgeous and adorable..she and jae wook had better chemistry..they are quite comfortable with each other..hoping to see them again together
i think Jung Somin did well as Mudeok/Naksu/Buyeon in S1, they both have same vibe... the writer of this drama really amazing, they did well... the plot twist too...

the way this drama has had my heart is something else. i can't believe this drama is over, this season wrapped up the drama so well and i fell in love all over again. on top of that this ost so beautifully connects their story. i will be thinking abt this drama for a long time and prob will watch it again very soon
