Amit sir the hidden fact no one explain that if this corridor starts then Saudi Arabia will sell his oil direct to Europe, that's the solution to cut down Russia dependency on Russia. You know that initially during 2009 to 2010 Syria denied Saudi Arabia to make oil pipe line passing through Syria and now Syria is in stone age. But this is another rout for Saudi Arabia. Master stroke by USA, Ajit Dowal, S jaishankar and PM Modi.

Amit i've some questions, 1- if jordan & israel are not part of this corridor why would they let corridor to be build in their country?
2- as this corridor passes through jordan & israel, wouldn't be an easy target for palestine to attack the development hence failing the corridor?
3- IMEC is being build to counter china's BRI, are we going to see china trying to destabilize middle east ?
Regarding 3rd point, I don't know what are the arenas for China to destabilize middle East apart from the Palestine and Iraq, Iran issue.

I'm looking at the topography of the middle east and the only way to connect Al-Haditha to Haifa is to the north of Aiman and then through the Jordan Valley next to the Galilea sea, away from the Dead Sea to avoid going through the powder keg that is Cisjordan. At this point, this crucial economic, energy and communication corridor would be in striking range of hostile neighbors like Syria and Lebanon. And that's assuming everything stay quiet with Iran in the strait of Hormuz.Things will have to get exceptionally dicy in the Red Sea to justify this route, specially because transportation by train will always be more expensive than sea (it will be quicker though).

the IMEC is the is the best counter of China's Belt and road initiative.... it will not only connect Europe,Israel 🇮🇱, Saudi Arabia🇸🇦, UAE🇦🇪 and India🇮🇳, rather a railroad can be extended from India to Bangladesh🇧🇩 to Myanmar🇲🇲 to Thailand 🇹🇭 to Vietnam Vietnam🇻🇳.....from there Indonesia 🇮🇩, Philippines 🇵🇭 , South Korea 🇰🇷 and Japan 🇯🇵 can be connected via sea route...after completion of this project, trade can be done flawlessly between all the countries.
I hope it does expand as you suggest, but it won't counter BRI, rather it will complement it by allowing ASEAN countries to have good communication links with both India and China. Even India and China would be connected by rail.

IMEC announcement is just a PR face saving gesture, it is nothing but hype.
Look at all the parameters and from any angle and one will not find anything to justify its feasibility or viability.
The IMEC route map of port and rail connectivity is a laughing joke, from the angle of logistical cost and practicality, let alone the infrastructure development cost.
The US and EU are broke, will India finance the project, does India have the industrial capacity and technology, what will India import and export via IMEC that it cannot already do more cheaply through the current sea route?

I always love Amit - but the upcoming future and direction of india - Amit will no longer be uploading such videos. Optimism and over promises is the reason why India has never developed. Same with GIFT and same with the already existing tech cities that never had investors. (except scam call centers)
** This is the reason why the G20 IMEC corridor is a Shell Project, unfortunately if Amit needs to make a video for any reason - your biggest buck is going to be about this subject.
The biggest loser of the entire show, is India.
1) (Delhi) begged to be in the G20 through the following gifts - ALL Western delegates will be fully covered on all cost and expenses while in India - All the Westerners chose Western conglomerates that are mainly share-holders by China (Hilton, Marriot and Shangri-La) All of this is paid out of the pocket by the Indian government, none of the Americans chose Indian brands.
2) This is monumental, because this is the spark for the next protest - The "idea" was to "give" india a plan to actually connect them from the Port of Haifa - to Saudi Arabia - to Dubai and then "given access" to india .............................. This completely won't happen. I am not going to mention the secrets now, it is common sense why business cannot possibly go to India.
(** Hint: The port of Haifa (Israel) is owned, maintained and largely shareholder by China. The biggest customers and best friend of Saudi Arabia is both China and Dubai. The biggest investor, customer and teacher or technology and future growth of Dubai, is China.) Why do you think the Deep State Government of the USA gives so much respect to China. Lastly, EU's direction, including their mainstay policy for future growth is North to South of the entire continent, never Eastwards (towards india). North has an end point at Sweden, SOUTH wards is the direction of EU's future (The African contentinent, this time giving a historic trade deal where resources are being traded and exchanged with a price.)
Lastly this is a fact - when all cargo (including indian cargo) departs from either Saudi Arabia or Dubai, it will always dock in Pakistan for refill. The docking bays for all ships are supplied by China. The next internationally known docking bays that are used by transport vessels will arrive at Ports of Kerala (which is owned by China) along with the ports in Sri Lanka.
I say this because i really love Amit's content, but i myself i am a geopolitics analyst (i trade commodities and useful goods towards displaced continents, i need to know shipping routes including political motivations.) ** For your information i have not completed the most important point - the UK is currently in panic, because Africa is growing, and they are becoming more advanced. How do you think that happened? (again hint - the BRI did not rob them, in fact the opposite happened. Which is why the coefficient places them ahead of india.)
