I bought Frido Ultimate Neck Contour Cervical Pillow as they claim it helps support the neck during sleep. But I found this pillow isn't designed considering neck support while sleeping on the side, It claims that the research found 4" height as optimal But it is not, as the researcher might've considered the neck-to-shoulder distance of females while designing 4" height of foam. In males, the shoulders are broad and the distance between shoulder to neck is greater, and maybe the head weighs more too which further compresses your foam and the neck is left-hanging unsupported while sleeping on the side. Thus making this pillow kind of useless in serving its only purpose for the premium price it quotes.
