I have owned Rv’s for over 30 years. Most of those unfortunate things mentioned are to be expected, especially with a single axle rv. I have had the same issues, however when I repair, I glue and screw. Rarely do I have an issue with same item. It’s called getting the bugs out. Casita could make them better if they wanted, but time is money. Sorry you had these issues.

Sorry for your troubles. I have a 2021 Spirit Deluxe and have had only 2 issues. The maxx air fan went out, but Coleman Mach replaced it without issue. I had to cover the labor. I tapped one side marker light with a tree and it stopped working. Just left it alone. No rust or fiber glass issues, we absolutely love our Casita. When not in use, I keep it in a 10 by 23 by 30 storage locker, as they are not cheap, so I wanted to keep my investment protected. FYI.

Storing them in an enclosed area is key to keeping them looking good long term, out of direct sunlight at a minimum. Saddened by some of the issues seen in the video on a two year older Casita.

I have a 2021 Spirit Deluxe that has experienced none of those issues. One marker light quit working and since it is not a necessity, I left it alone

Blown away about the cracking on the gel coat at the belly band. Is this camper stored outside in the elements year round? The belly band where the door opens shouldn't have have popped loose like that either but I think a new rivet will take care of it. Casita has moved to new exterior lights, unfortunately my 2024 has the old style on the front like yours but the new style at the door, silliness. Are you sure it isn't just a bad light bulb under the lens? And the mild surface rust on the frame is typical of any painted steel frame, hit it with some touch up from time to time.
