In order to fly a drone over 80g in France you need a drone pilot's license, which can be obtained after a theoretical+practical exam from the DGAC.
In addition, you need to watch out for no-fly zones, especially in the vicinity of military bases and government buildings.

To put it simply, the fresh water coming from the basin is loaded with sediments, essentially fine clay particles which come into contact with the salt water of the Bay of Biscay, forming flocculates, which settle at the bottom of the estuary.

The tide goes up to Bordeaux and the flow of the Garonne changes direction with each change of tide.
