Kumi Ori was written in a moment of profound connection, a rare instance where it felt like a messenger had arrived to support and strengthen me during an almost overwhelming journey. I initially shared it only with those closest to me, who could hold its deep prayer with me. Now, I feel the need to share it more widely, as many of us are facing our own struggles. This song is a reminder that we are guided, protected, and loved, and that we carry all the healing and light we need within us.
This is the first time I release an official song in Hebrew, my mother tongue, the language of the tribe I belong to. These days are very intense and difficult for many of us, both personally and collectively. I wish we could learn to love together, embracing different cultures and people, sharing our differences as a beautiful, rich texture of life rather than seeing them as issues and problems. I send this song out also as a message of peace.
