- "Fashionable Shockoe Slip is a downtown dining hub, with Southern-style restaurants, BBQ joints, gastropubs, and taprooms tucked down narrow alleyways and in former warehouses. It’s home to the James River Park Pipeline Walkway, a pedestrian path suspended just above the water. Nearby, the Pipeline Overlook is a popular fishing spot next to a swimming beach and the Great Blue Heron Rookery, an island nesting habitat."

I grew up in Richmond, and love seeing how things are now. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Not saying the south is bad but me being a northern city lover Richmond in my opinion has a northern city vibe in comparison to Southern cities Richmond is in class all by itself similar to DC and Newark and some parts of New York I love Rva its has that big city Northeastern grit without the Northeastern traffic and cost of living love your video ❤️.
