The STA-06-093 is a premium 3-section portable side-kick designed for daily use by professional photographers. It comes with a durable nylon carry bag featuring separate zippered compartments for each component. Its tool-less quick setup design allows for effortless assembly without any special tools, making it perfect for low-light setups. This stand fits through doorways, weighs only 7 Kg (15.5 lbs), and the pistol grip adds an extra 1.5 lbs. Unlike aluminum, the steel column offers a payload capacity of 20 kg (44 lbs), significantly more than other portable stands. Steel’s high density makes it less prone to warping, deformation, or bending under weight and force. The robust Pistol Grip Platform includes an attachment stud and two locking knobs, one to prevent unwanted vertical movement and the other to secure the attachment stud. For optimal results, ensure the center column is about 1/2" off the floor, align the caster wheels parallel to the legs, and face the brake levers outward.
