The US outdoors would be so much more interesting if he raced it. He's about even with our guys on Speed, the Ryan's usually do beat him in MXoN (minus this last year) but I feel like they're very evenly matched, and I hope to see them on the same circuit one day.
because this is in quatar, averyone goes in quatar only for sponsors and money, arabd don't understands anything about motocross, look at the italian traks or the one in nederlands...
Anybody but me that remember when Villopoto was on a 250F in motocross des nations, against the best in the world with both 250 and 450? He took the hole shot both motos and held the lead every single lap in both motos? That's proof enough for me that the best in the world on 450 couldn't beat him when he was on a 250. Tony wouldn't stand a chance.
That track is a freeway. Cairoli should go road racing next, since the world GPMX circuit looks like MotoGP in the sand. No wonder a 10th place rider on the AMA series can go over there and clean house.
Villopoto said he might move over to europa and race GP.. I guess we´ll have to wait and see. But if he does, someone is gonna have a bad time (TC & JH)
I love Cairoli but he would be hard fought to get top 5 in the U.S for Motocross. Villopoto and Dungey gap'd him at MXoN in 2011. Trust me I'm a huge Tony Cairoli and Jeffry Herlings fan but the U.S is a tough playing field.
@Seddon Tutt Did Do you know how aweful Villopotos physics were then, compared to now? Aldon Baker made him as fast as he is today. I like Villopoto more than Tony, but they are both two phenomenal athletes. I wish We could see them in their prime at the same track just to find out who would win in equal conditions.
You are right, he would own in US outdoors, just like all of the top European riders in the past who have made the move to race in the US and then dominated. Oh, wait a minute.....that hasn't happened since Decoster. No doubt, Cairoli is one of the best in the world but to say he would "own" in the US outdoors is pure fantasy.
FIM is much better than AMA, AMA tracks are more like a big supercross and GP tracks are more like actual motocross is meant to be (Deep, muddy, bumpy etc)
hey dude ... do u remember last year MxoN herlings on 250 an Ac on 350?? remember that.... something like 30 seconds? 40? betwen first two and rest of the field... pota or not pota ...
Then where were the us boys on the Mxon in lommel ? That's right, not even close. And ofc he would have a hard time in Sx since in Europe they don't really have the same kind of supercross as in America...
1:35 - you should never look behind you at the enemies, just keep racing or you will lose focus. Also some of your lines weren't but great. But otherwise good work, keep it up
i thnk VP2 is at another level against ALL the competitors, yet Tony is faster then the others, except maybe Dungey, who is at the same level. Tony isn't able to defeat VP at a national race, but then again, who does???
watch 2011 mxdn...the us dominated everybody. now im not saying ac222 is bad but, rv2 will put ac in his place if he came over in the us. maybe even james stewart, ryan dungey, justin barcia or trey canard
Lol someone put ' no wonder a 10th place guy can go over there and clean house ' ie from the states to the fimmx lol yeah like mike jones and jimmy albertson oh wait ....
tony won 2006 on a 250 as well?! and RC didnt beat RV either that day, would you really say the 18 y/o was better that time than the GOAT? Stupid to judge from ONE race...
Im sure he would do well, but i don't think he would be number one. I don't think he has the raw speed of the the top 5 guys in america when it comes to the american tracks. Yea over here or on some sand track or something he would probably do very well, but in the over all picture i don't think he would be a number one guy in america.
No difference between AMA and FIM at the riding skill level. After some training Cairoli could run the top of supercross too, look at roczen and musquin. But he would have more problems outdoors, take a look again at roczen and musquin. Both had to fight hard against the heat and the different track layout. I personally think US is cooler too, but both worlds are on the same level, hands down.
Pure Fantasy? The track in Europe are way tougher then the tracks in US, and cairoli has won 6 titles, and 4 of them is in the 450 class, ok i wouldn't own but he could be in the top 3 every race! Lock at Roczen, he came to US when he was 17 and won a few races, and now leading the champion chip in Supercross by 17 points, look at marvin put, won the latest 2 rounds, just saying...
Supercross, perhaps. Supercross doesn't mean anything about the riders anyways, the entire track setup is for publicity, sponsors, and giving the crowd something to look at with the huge jumps, etc. And please don't tell me that they didn't put the whoop sections in the first straight those past few weeks just to get a big wreck for the crowd. Outdoors however, Cairoli would probably do well.. he'd probably wipe the floor at Southwick. Seeing as the American's had nothing to give at Lommel..
Will all you guys get over yourselves with the "Europeans vs Americans" thing. I'll root for my country as much as the next guy, but give me a break. They're all pro's for a reason, and none of them are slow. Grow up people.
i think the only track where he would own them would be in southwick, from the rest we've seen in the past mx des nations that hes got nothing against the americans on medium to hardpack, im not american btw just in case you start talking shit about american people i could probably agree with you in everything except for the fact that cairoli would win in the us
Awesome that you guys are getting some footage of this years races! Thanks!
Cairoli would be lucky to make a main event in the US in Supercross, maybe top ten in outdoor series.
Semplicemente il miglior crissista della storia
Semplicemente, il migliore.
Antonio Cairoli killin it like he always does
Super smooth riding...
Villo is the best ever. So underrated
Sei un grande! mamma che guida *_*
he would be top 5 in outdoors.. i mean look at the des nations races! he is always kickin ass
Orgoglio di noi messinesi
GREAT TONY!!!
He's a god in supercross.
Best in the world! #TC222
do you know what youre talking about with supercross ?
super smooth
i like the angle of seeing the helmet
Hes got more than you think, he wouldn't have a chance in Supercross but outdoors he will make top 5 easy if he wants every race.
has Cairoli and villipoto ever raced each other at MX of nations?
Did everyone turn off their bikes after turn 1?
easy track!! ama motocross y supercross niceee!!!
WHY DON'T YOU UPLOAD THE ENTIRE RACE OR THE HIGHLIGHTS ? AS FOR THE AMA NATIONAL...@GOPROMX
He said it last year when he went to watch one of the GPs
Where are the spectators?
The US outdoors would be so much more interesting if he raced it. He's about even with our guys on Speed, the Ryan's usually do beat him in MXoN (minus this last year) but I feel like they're very evenly matched, and I hope to see them on the same circuit one day.
He kind of flat landed like the first five jumps in a row. lol! Villopoto's gonna kick butt.
MrTmel123 Villo who ? ;D
Seen IT 😂😂
World best rider
Possu Keulaa ya right.
the question is .....where is the people?
Beast
Your right about the supercross , he would need alot of practice for that. But the outdoors? That's easy for him
JMB has done it after Decoster. Langston and Albertyn have also done it, they are both South African though but they did the GP's first
The tracks should wider like this in America..
el video es cool
Both talented beyond belief and SX is completely different to MX
Why's it seem like a lot of tracks over seas aren't technical?
because this is in quatar, averyone goes in quatar only for sponsors and money, arabd don't understands anything about motocross, look at the italian traks or the one in nederlands...

That's proof enough for me that the best in the world on 450 couldn't beat him when he was on a 250. Tony wouldn't stand a chance.
What kind of question is that?
Cairoli should come to the US after this year in the GP's
Nice!
That track is a freeway. Cairoli should go road racing next, since the world GPMX circuit looks like MotoGP in the sand. No wonder a 10th place rider on the AMA series can go over there and clean house.

Cairoli is better thn pilot of us, his time are more short than us pilot's time, (in the same ceck)
middle of a desert in the middle east, grand stands had camels in i heard :o
can anyone pls tell me is cairoli not riding a 450? TIA
teeburshow yes he was riding a 350f
got on a 350 to make it more interesting but still got the holeshot
He looks like he's on a sunday drive, comapred to his American counterparts...
Andrew Bouvier that track is trash. Americans are used to actual tracks.
those jumps are fkn huge!
Ethan Randolph ...
Keren
Did they not sell tickets to this GP? I didn't see any spectators or grandstands. Any way, a man made track under light's = supercross.
These tracks are so much different then US tracks. it's weird. kinda reminds me of the old US outdoor tracks.
@Seddon Tutt Did Do you know how aweful Villopotos physics were then, compared to now? Aldon Baker made him as fast as he is today. I like Villopoto more than Tony, but they are both two phenomenal athletes. I wish We could see them in their prime at the same track just to find out who would win in equal conditions.
yo 10 years
You obviously don't remember the MXoN in England in 2006 when tony absolutely dominated ryan in the second moto

DAM HE IS FAST
I raced this track on mxgp the game
Eddie Borowski me to
Then where were the us boys on the Mxon in lommel ?
That's right, not even close.
And ofc he would have a hard time in Sx since in Europe they don't really have the same kind of supercross as in America...
1:35 ,where are other bikers? :)
see what happen back to lomel
god bless America, the land of the free and the brave
its hard to really compare him to the US guys, but if I had to guess I'd say Villopoto is a bit faster and TC is Dungeys level "speedwise"
haha, have you even rode a sand track in Europe?
1:35 - you should never look behind you at the enemies, just keep racing or you will lose focus. Also some of your lines weren't but great. But otherwise good work, keep it up
he is a professional dude
They call it a 350, but its probably some weird hybrid bore, KTM do it all the time haha
i thnk VP2 is at another level against ALL the competitors, yet Tony is faster then the others, except maybe Dungey, who is at the same level. Tony isn't able to defeat VP at a national race, but then again, who does???
Heelings would smoke RV and the rest of them in AMA.
the best in the world... tony and gopro.....aahhahahahahah lol....
watch 2011 mxdn...the us dominated everybody. now im not saying ac222 is bad but, rv2 will put ac in his place if he came over in the us. maybe even james stewart, ryan dungey, justin barcia or trey canard
what is hard about this?? the track is a fuckin freeeway!
Lol someone put ' no wonder a 10th place guy can go over there and clean house ' ie from the states to the fimmx lol yeah like mike jones and jimmy albertson oh wait ....
hahahahah, maybe in Supercross but he would own in the US outdoors, look at the guy. And take a look at some movies from MoDN?
AC would terrorize RV on the 350/450 ....... If he were on the 250 easily
gmk
tony won 2006 on a 250 as well?!
and RC didnt beat RV either that day, would you really say the 18 y/o was better that time than the GOAT? Stupid to judge from ONE race...

why doesnt RV come over to Europe?? When theres a decent amount of Americans that did so and got beat every single time
Pure Fantasy? The track in Europe are way tougher then the tracks in US, and cairoli has won 6 titles, and 4 of them is in the 450 class, ok i wouldn't own but he could be in the top 3 every race! poto wouldnt do that, to many tittles to keep goin

then why isnt he over here making the big money racing outdoors?
lol he races fim and you want to race ama you are serious?
Qatar is in the middle east bud.
This whole Qatar GP is a joke.
Look at that track... it seems they forgot to build something on it! :)
TC is a killer on any track anyway...
Will all you guys get over yourselves with the "Europeans vs Americans" thing. I'll root for my country as much as the next guy, but give me a break. They're all pro's for a reason, and none of them are slow. Grow up people.

Usually those incredible fitness changes on athletes in every sport are suspect and dirty as fuck... ahaahhaah
God Qatar isn't europe!
doesnt count.TC is not human
lol. you have no clue at all
