I randomly came across a Daiso store that had opened up here in Texas, I walked in amazed and walked out with $65 worth of stuff. I will come up with just about any excuse to stop at a Daiso if I'm driving past one.

Daiso products remind me a lot of the front area at a Target (I think it's called the Bullseye Zone?) where you can find various home decor, gadgets, kitchen items, and cheap kid's toys.
I remember reading about Hayao Miyazaki asking if anyone had replacement parts for a particular style of discontinued 30 year old electric eraser that they extensively used at Studio Ghibli, and the company sent them some old warehouse stock. This wouldn't have been more than 5 years ago so I guess they still have a major place in some companies
I have a cheap one from Stationery Pal. They're great for erasing tiny details because they vibrate so that you don't have to move them back and forth and you get more control. I also find mine to be strong enough to erase some very light pen smudges!

Yup! Wet earwax means you have more Apocrine Gland and thus more Body Odour. I'm one of the Asians that have wet earwax. Idk why my genetics do this to me 🤣 I hope your dog is happy btw!
The collapsible buckets are the best! I actually found a little sand pail just like that and it’s perfect because when you travel it folds flat to go in your suitcase but then you have it for when you get to the beach to pick up seashells and stuff! Such a good idea! I’ll have to pick up a bigger one like you have the next time I go to daiso!

I've been a collector of all things Hello Kitty since 1987: I had never heard of Hello Kitty until I saw items in the baby aisle of a store I was browsing in when I was pregnant. Emmy, yes to showing the rest of the haul! I hope Daiso comes to 🇨🇦 I want that bubble making machine, or at least the kid in me does. And I love the car seat hook!

Yes, please keep going! I love seeing: things that are new, different, unusual, and fun! I enjoy seeing Emmy's reaction to the items but the electric eraser and bubble blower were the absolute best reactions. Plus, these are such fun ideas for affordable stocking stuffers, office gift swaps, and silly, little, surprise love gifts for friends and family. I'm enjoying these great ideas very much.
It took me a while to finally get to this video. I miss Daiso, but I think I avoid going there now because I used to go there all the time when I was in an abusive relationship, Daiso was my escape for the day. Once I got out of my old relationship I changed my entire life and moved to so many diff places. I definitely want to go back to shop but just take the memories out of it, I will when I get enough strength. Thank you for making this video!! I love Daiso ❤❤❤
I'm in Japan and we have a small dryer for rainy/cloudy/winter, we also have a small dishwasher that goes on a rolling table to roll over to the sink so the water can drain into the sink.

GAAAAHHH the utter JOY and EXCITEMENT with the bubbles! I love it when grown adults like myself or Emmy can play with things that are considered so simple and childlike just because they're incredibly FUN, and we're not ashamed to do that! I still love things like bubbles, sparklers, watching roly polies/pillbugs on the ground, spinning around until I'm dizzy or riding a playground carousel until I'm dizzy and can't walk in a straight line, and counting ladybugs, blowing on dandelions, and tossing those helicopter leaves as high as I can, sometimes racing my leaf against my friends who are also throwing helicopter leaves!
I absolutely need to see more! Also anyone else have a big grin on your face before seeing the product because of Emmy's reaction to what she's pulled out?
I was born and raised in England, lived with my grandparents (all my family are 100% british and lived here for centuries) for reasons I will not explain but we've always had a hanging circular clothes peg in our kitchen for our socks and underwear to dry off naturally. Never have lived without it, and it's something so normal in my life personally!
Can't wait to see the next installment! The electric eraser is also good for cleaning battery contacts, light duty polishing. We used one to clean the gold contacts on PC boards.
Love the handbag /bag holder for the headrest in your car! I work in healthcare and often take my purse and laptop bag into hospitals and facilities-and esp during Covid, I always worry about my bags, after they’re been set down onto the floors or even a table- then bringing them to my car and hate putting them onto my seat or floors until I’ve wiped them down-that is something that could possibly come into a hospital/facility with me and hand from back or chair or a hook on wall even! Need to order one!
There are still MANY Daiso products around our house and we left Japan 😭in 2016. We kept those ... um ... travel bags... for car sickness. Both kids got car sick when we turned them forward facing for a bit. Worked great for that too. Also still have my laundry hanger. We first hung it by the dryer for mismatched socks, then for air drying cloth masks, and now, well, cloth masks are still on it sometimes. I'm just looking around my desk and can count a lot of Daiso and Seria stuff, lol.

It's called the Dollar Spot now but I think it used to be the Bullseye zone at one point in the 90's.

Daiso has some delightful things. I like the grape gummies, the incredible sticker selection & the beautiful handmade-looking little ceramic dishes.
