nice video mate! would love this stove up here in Sweden. but how much does the sideglass sot? does the sot burn off? im also using a belltent but with a steel woodstove (Robens Kobuk) i have to preheat the small glass in the door with my propane torch to keep it relatively clear. i want to be able to see the fire clearly, thats the only reason im thinking of upgrading. would it worth it? since the price is quite hefty and i need to buy extra pipes to top mount the chimney. it can get pretty cold during the winters so i want as much pipe inside the tent as possible :) kind regards Zoran
@@ZoranBerntsson the glass stays clear or clean when you run the stove wide open and can get covered with soot if your not burning a clean fire. However it’s pretty to wipe off with a soft cloth and ash when cold or ill occasionally use the wire stove pipe brush to clean off the glass when hot.
Nice set up Mark. The platform guarantees may moons of enjoyment.
Thanks! I built it this past May. Cost me around $600 for materials but so worth it to be able to leave this tent setup year around
