I just watched the video and then tried to read most of the comments. It beats me how the comments bear to the idea of comparing Paul and Sadguru. These two gentlemen are fantastic and is a treat to listen to both. Lets commend on the initiative taken here and imbibe what these leaders talked about.

I like that Sadhguru is BOTH intelligent/intellectual AND down to earth at the same time. Many people are good at school and great at eating information. They are intelligent, but there is something about their personality that screams ¨IM BETTER THAN YOU, AND DONT HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU, MY WORD IS MOST IMPORTANT¨ They got this nerdy side to them, arrogant as f... I really hate it.. I love wise men, but not people who only have read for years and years, studied hard, but don't listen, and don't live life to the fullest. I really feel like Sadhguru is both wise AND playful. People like Paul and Richard Dawkins is all around, they are the typical nerdy guy in class, with the arrogant facial expressions. People like Sadghuru is more rare, you don't see them so often. People like him usually don't give a f about things like being seen as intelligent, keeping up with the real facts etc. They are REAL, thats the key to being inspiring in my eyes..

Can it be used to build something productive? As in a company, only with a vision of expansion rather than looking at the profits or the balance sheets.
Me as individual, wants to develop such a company (mentioned above) without pressurized money, it would be so difficult. But can we use that money? Can I use the money earned from the share market to build such a company? Or shall I start from a scratch which might not, help me to build such a big company or organization.
I wish, if sadhguru can show me his guidance on this path.

Why should there be money? THis planet is given to all life forms and all life instances FREE. The two issues of the world are -People well being and Planet well being. There is only limited wealth - limited by the fact that Earth and its resources are limited.

No other unit in the universe need make an extraneous effort to try to maintain the universe. The universe functions on its own time scale, which is fixed by the energy of the Complete Whole, and when that schedule is completed, this temporary manifestation will be annihilated by the complete arrangement of the Complete Whole.
All facilities are given to the small complete units (namely the living beings) to enable them to realize the Complete Whole. All forms of incompleteness are experienced due to incomplete knowledge of the Complete Whole. The human form of life is a complete manifestation of the consciousness of the living being, and it is obtained after evolving through 8,400,000 species of life in the cycle of birth and death. If in this human life of full consciousness the living entity does not realize his completeness in relation to the Complete Whole, he loses the chance to realize his completeness and is again put into the evolutionary cycle by the law of material nature.

Kṛṣṇa's very dear servant, confidential servant, is guru. Nobody can become guru unless he is in confidence of Kṛṣṇa. Na ca tasmād manuṣyeṣu kaścid me priya-kṛttamaḥ. These things are there. Not that by magic one can become guru. No.

Let me explain what can happen to some people who get into Yoga
In time you will find yourself drawn towards New Age practices , which leads towords new age books (Edgar Cayce , Nostradamus ) and when you become more advanced you will find youeself going to Yoga retreats .....Later you become curious about chanting, crystals, tarot cards, psychics, channeling spirits like so many others .People feel spiritually hungry and want to open as many doors as they can , without having any idea about the dangers of these actions...
The one thing most people will do is never getting to know Christianity and to have a relationship with the Lord .
The goal of all yoga, is to obtain oneness with the universe. That's also known as the process of enlightenment, or union with Brahman (Hinduism's highest god). The word "yoga" means "union" or "to yoke."
Yoga wants to get students to the point of complete numbness in their minds. God, on the other hand, wants you to be transformed by the renewing of your mind through his Word!!!!! BIG DIFFERENCE !

The cognition of the living beings has three divisions: direct knowledge, indirect knowledge and perverted knowledge.
Sense perception of material objects by the mundane senses, such as the eye, ear, nose and hand, always produces definitely perverted knowledge.
This illusion is a presentation of the material energy, which is influenced by the samvit-sakti in a perverted manner. Negative cognition of an object beyond the reach of sense perception is the way of indirect knowledge, which is not altogether imperfect but which produces only fragmentary knowledge in the form of impersonal spiritual realization and monism. But when the samvit factor of cognition is enlightened by the hladini potency of the same internal energy, they work together, and only thus can one attain knowledge of the Personality of Godhead. The samvit-sakti should be maintained in that state. Material knowledge and indirect spiritual knowledge are by-products of the samvit-sakti.

Lord Shri Krishna, the Supereme Personality of Godhead, has unlimited various Energies which manifest in the unlimited Spiritual ( Internal ) and Material ( External ) Universes.
Samvit- Sakti is one of the Internal Potency i.e. Superior Energy of Shri Krishna which influences the Material (External - Inferior ) Energy aka.. Maya in this Universe we live in.
That which is not utilized in the service of the Lord, Shri Krishna becomes perverted for material sense gratification falling under the control of the mode of material nature working under the care of Shri Krishna.
Therefore, we the Jivas, marginal potency of the Lord have the choices either to render service to the Lord or to satisfy our senses separate from the Lord, Shri Krishna.
