- Fl Lt Ian Ferguson tells of his failures to get into the RAF but how with determination and the grace of God he made it. After having a living relationship with Jesus, Ian explains how everything turned round, now getting awards and promotion. Jesus spoke to Ian saying "you have the wrong engine", watch to see how that saved an F4 Phantom from destruction.
When Ian left the RAF, he and Liz became involved in Pastoring and helping folk in a greater way.

Hi Fergy! I remember our time at Leeming and later at Valley so very well! After Buccaneers (briefly!) and a wonderful time on Vulcans, I also went on to fly Phantoms, but didn't do all that well, so went to fly the VC10K instead. Great to hear your story and the guidance you received which helped you at Valley - it must have been such a moment when Liz rang! Ian, so pleased you are well. You may be interested to know that I investigated your accident whilst at Stanley, on behalf of my boss who had been delegated as President of the Board of Inquiry. My findings, agreed by Farnborough , were published in the accident report.
An awful lot of hard work and proving the cause but extremely proud to achieve the culprit.
Again, so pleased you are living life to the full.
