I was in Warsawa for a few weeks last month. I was continually confused by hearing the word No when someone was agreeing with me. No matter how many times I checked my list of words that Polish No means Yes, Yeah or Well I still was still caught out. Ah Poland, your language is both whimsical and nearly impenetrable.
