Talk about an ASMR video with perfect timing. My undereye area -- both eyes -- are puffy, dark and swollen. Ive also been experiencing severe jaw pain with tightness and swelling. Needless to say the beginning of this video was absolute calming tingly relaxation perfection. I have been under a lot of stress and extreme duress which has been taken a physical toll on me in the form of very intense tension headaches, joint swelling and pain, muscle spasms and aforementioned tight swollen painful jaw muscles and dark swollen puffy undereye circles. This video, particularly the eye and jaw massage, were a gentle tingly calming relaxing peaceful relief 💗
I'm so sorry to hear you've been going through such intense stress! I hope this is a temporary situation that will pass soon. Sending you strength to get through days that aren't so great, happy to provide some relief whenever needed 💜
