Crochetage Sign

  • This is one my favorite ECG findings and it's called the Crochetage Sign. It is a notch appearing at the rising edge or peak of the R wave in the inferior limb leads (II, III, aVF) which can be seen in patients with an ostium secundum atrial septal defect (ASD), the most common form of ASD.
