Hey beasty great video, been watching much of your content of late. I am 0-56 in ffa nomad atm but I keep going. Any advice for getting better at macro my buildings. I am really slow here and have to click to place buildings I know this is less than ideal. Thanks for all the work you put in, and look forward to the next one thanks!

I also use 2 screens when gaming, no shame in that. However when i tryhard/sweat i dont use the second screen.
For 1 in planetside 2, i never what yt or listen to music on the side lines. For i need a 110% of the attention... foot steps, timings, battle flow, jet sounds, cloak sounds, gun sounds. I need to listen for everything.
When beasty tryhards in AOE4 he also stops talking, he mentioned when hes playing and chilling.
It seems your brain might be seeking a recalibration of its reward system. Engaging in the same activities may no longer provide the same level of satisfaction because your dopamine receptors have potentially adapted to a higher level of stimulation. A good ol dopamine reset or detox would be really good for you
Doing 1 thing at a time is too dull. Detox from what?

Hehe, I'm the exact same, can't concentrate on 1 thing anymore. Kind of a problem when I'm working though, sometimes I just can't get anything done, sometimes I'm completing 3 tickets at the same time. I think it has something to do with having multiple screens in front of you for some time, I wasn't like this until I got my second screen and also started playing some idle mobile games while working.
I was like that befor, getting the second extended my sessions 😅

No clue, it could be ADD. And ADD gets missed alot
I have add and thus I am curious. Tbh add is the old name and currently, it is more and more used as a calm type for the ADHD
@@michal4736 Its not the old name? Pretty sure its reffered to as ADHD and ADD, calm is over simpfied. ADHD is the high enengy ones, while the ADD is the low Enengy ones.
I also have ADD, and i was given this around almost 1 year ago.
Where or when is ADHD used insted of ADD? Where i'm from here in the nordic area its still ADD.
@@michal4736 Tryed to look it up. what i got was that people use to say they were different things, which they are not. But add is a subtype of ADHD which is what i ment.
Just like how they use to spearate autism, and how its just low and high fuction.
@@PervyAutomaton Yeah I got this. Just saying that I read in some places that more and more specialists start to split ADHD into calm and motion forms. I am not a specialist and I got diagnosed with ADD.
