    *If omit the MoLLE detachable system and change core structure (polyethylene sheet and aluminum bar), the weight can be reduced.

    amazing bag like always. I love the look, not sure about the usability of the top and side entry tho.

      Thanks! Both entries are not uncomfortable in actual use, but I feel the top zipper should have been made longer. Also, direct access from the front zipper (like an extended zip top closure on Boston bag) might be more comfortable way for putting in/out stuff.

    Awesome work! Thank you for sharing your research. I loved your idea of natural fit shoulder straps. Do you do everything with same size thread? I have been experimenting with top stitch on aquaguard zipper and vx21, but cant get results I want.

      I’m sorry but I don’t think of sharing the patterns for now, because I don’t want them used for commercial purposes.

      You can reproduce something similar easily. Just mock a patern on cheap fabric or cardboard.
