    Can anyone enlighten me with an answer: why, from a deficit in Carbonic Anhidrase, we have Cerebral calcification and Osteopetrosis?

      Why it doesnt lead to Osteomalacia, taking into consideration that we have Metabolic Acidosis and the Intracellular buffering mechanism in the bone cells will take H+ inside and Ca²+ outside ? I'm rly confused
