That is true that people have done time and didn't do the crime. But, how can you say he didn't do it, what evidence do you have to back that up? He was convicted from the evidence but the conviction was overturned not by evidence, but technicality. What if the person died was your brother, would you be saying the same thing still? It's ok to believe his story, but you need to back that up with tangible argument or evidence, not just feelings.
