I have never seen a decorator that I did not like but I have to say YOU " take the cake! I do not like the cakes you have decorated in this video I LOVE THEM!!!!!! @@HappycakesBakery @HappycakesBakery So you know how when you smooth out the sides, the cream pops back up on the top? Most of the time, I see decorators go back to smooth that out again. Check out the blue cake with the ice cream cones for example (my fav one btw!) @35:38 Not a bad thing, just curious! 😋💕
@@Cynorwin yes! You’ll notice I smooth out the top of most the cakes, I just stick with the raw edge look for a few of them! It’s a super cute look if you ask me!

I enjoy watching the videos. One suggestion. For the decoration around the base, use some other color than off-white/ plain.

No. The icing is the best part! I suspect a lot gets removed when the top.and sides get leveled and smoothed.
