I live in Key West. I evacuated a friend of a friends house in Marathon Florida for the storm. The home is hurricane category 5 rated. Three storie poured concrete structure. My home in key west had tree and fence damage. Thank God no flooding.
I stayed for Hurricane Wilma was flooded.

Whoever insulated your home missed in some places. The bubbling is all the wind pushing through the holes in the insulation on your windows there. Had same issue during Ivan in 04.
