Nice to see you two excavating again🤙 Real cool to see the works of the old timers. "Captain Obvious" Haven't heard that one in quite a while😂 I used Brad's (Wheelie Shiny Gold) GPX 6000 for an afternoon. I did not realize how heavy that machine was until I started swinging!☺️ Bad cactus😂 The wind finally came back! Loved the staining on your gold and the nice variety of prospecting on this video! Super cons🤙 Always working so hard guys💪💥⛏️
You know it's too hot when the snakes are hiding in the shade and swimming when they can find water, so I headed to Montana 3 weeks ago where it's still cooler. I never have had the opportunity to compare the Axiom and 6000 to each other, but others have noted sometimes one is better, and other times the other one did best. Seems to depend on the particular piece of gold. I guess now we need a good VLF and 2 PI's to clean a patch up, lol.
Yes --Robs Detectors. Had a great experience with him 6 years ago. Since then I have paid for the 7000 several..several times over. Rob was awesome to deal with and highly recommend in my experience.
hay guys nice vid, you are where i want to be. just started still have a long way to go, I just bought a 151s .I just wondering how often should clean it out thanks
You guys are awesome, best on the web, top tier for sure! Im full time detecting/mining. Last month I crushed it in Greaterville, but now I'm in Mayer and Im struggling with the gobs of black sand and lava rocks. I use both the 6k and the monster, do you guys have a quick piece of advice for dealing with continuous signals in this type of environment?
LOL Come on Adam it's nowhere near even 110 degrees! You weren't whining enough for it to be that hot Adam LOL You guys are sly buggers but I don't blame you one bit! Keep up the good work guys. I always enjoy your videos.
If I was you I would've taken all the concentrates separated the gold and the rest crushed with rock crusher. These black sand and rock particles contain gold in them as well.
@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK depending on the areas. But I noticed the black(or brownish)sand particles that are non magnetic and heavy like gold they contain gold in them.
I remember seeing a video of yours where you used electric blower. I wonder what kind of blower you use. Because last time I had issues with my gasoline blower. It suddenly speed up and started blowing all my concentrated sand away. Can't stabilize the flow. Are you using these battery cartridge blowers?
@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK thanks for that info. I jist checked 370w power with 445cfm volume air flow for $42👍Awesome thanks. Probably I would need AC voltage regulator to manually control the speed of the motor.
If you hadn’t poked the snake you’d have gotten more gold….hopefully you find more spots the old timers missed. Crazy how each piece of gold detects differently from vlf to pi. Great brutally hot day to be out lol thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼
Looks like a pretty big rattler! Unfortunately they don’t come out to let you see them as I have found out. But oh well I guess it’s better to not have to deal with them either. Looks like some good work y’all have going there, and I have often wondered about digging deep, like maybe 5 to 6 feet in some of the areas that we hunt that have so much overburden, and yet that bedrock is down there somewhere… There’s got to be a crap load of gold there just based on what we have found in the adjacent areas where the bedrock is not so deep. Naturally Murphy’s Law-if we did dig that deep probably wouldn’t find anything, lol! Curious to the reference of rods and miles? Just wondering what made you use that measurement? Oh and I’m calling BS on 7g! I bet it was more! I’ll be waiting to hear what it really is! 😅
Hi Randy, We usually under estimate the gold count in the drywasher. It`s almaost always more 🤣 The Rod mile measurement is poking fun at someone we know who exaggerates how far they hike. As for your area, you never know until you try digging it all up. Those hills have been erroding for millions of years.
@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK Every time I see one of these videos with the big dry washer, it emphasizes that I need to talk my buddies into dragging that little mini excavator out to that area I was referring to. There has been a crap load of gold come off the hillside and naturally the wash below, even a couple nuggets pushing 10g! If we ever could, I bet it would be amazing!
Wow, now that's the way to mined the desert. Sorry to ask so many questions of you guys but you put out the best videos, and you always answer me. One quick last question for you. I know you have been a member of the RR's club. I was just wondering on club claims, on average and I know it varies from spot to spot, what would you be satisfied with in gold take for moving a yard of dirt with your drywasher. I am finding some gold but I don't know if what I am finding is the normal. My totals are generally around 0.10 of a gram. In my opinion, it's not worth all the hard work shoveling that much dirt. I am so use to a gram or two a day back on my rivers. Keep your videos coming. Could you maybe do a video on scouting out an area to drywash. What to look for and why. Soil types to look for, depth. Ect. Thanks again. Red
The roadrunners have over 200 claims available to prospect. Certainly check out claims in more remote areas or harder to access.Do not keep going back to one area with no success. No, a tenth of a gram isnt worth all that effort, unless your sampling. I like the idea about a video , I`ll consider making one for metal detecting too.
I took your advice. I moved locations to the Cleator area. I only had about an half hour to do some sampling. I was at a club outing down by Bumble bee with another club. I went into a RR claim that was tough to get to. I dug a hole in the main wash on a drop and brought the small sample home to pan out. It had a really nice oicker in it. I dont know much about this area. I am wondering if the feeder washes are worth looking at or should i stay in the main wash where i found that piece of gold. The only other question is does this area have much fine gold? Just haven't found much reading on the Cleator area. Thanks Red@@IBRAKEFORBEDROCK
@ so a lot of those questions you’ll have to answer yourself. It takes time. I would say stay in the main creek for now as that’s where the gold seems to have concentrated the most. When you get to a zone that’s really nice. It could be loaded.
Any advice for a place to go detecting for gold in the prescott area. I'm a beginner with a gold bug 2. Not looking for a secret spot, just a place to start. Thanks. Love the vids.
As far as I know, you can metal detect in the lynx creek mineral withdrawl area. There will be a lot of trash. If you were a roadrunner member, they have claims off copper basin rd.

Just two friends out doing what they enjoy. Good times I get it 😊 The gold wasn't bad either.
The SNAKE was as COOL LOOKING. as the GOLD.😮
I really liked when you moved that huge boulder..
Boulderdash likes moving rocks ha ha
Definitely.Want to try dry washing on my property
The system works exceedingly well. Glad you stopped by !
It would be neat to see your finishing technique for cleaning your final runs. Do you use a table, long tom , spiral wheel or just pan ?
MIller table, pan & mercury
Awesome setup! I gotta get me one of those super drywashers!
(i just need to convince a couple of rich Vegas lawyers to invest in one…🤠)
Another great video! Always making me jealous, lol.
Awesome job gentlemen!
Yeah man, that was a great video Guys. Keep em coming..
Thanks! Will do! 👍

Thank you so much ! I really appreciate it
hay guys nice vid, you are where i want to be. just started still have a long way to go, I just bought a 151s .I just wondering how often should clean it out thanks
There are a lot of variables to the answer but i`d say as a general rule, do a cleanout every hour

yeah use magnet for iron sand
Absolutely awesome you guys.
Thanks so much ! Glad you stopped by ⛏️👊🏻
Muito maneiro este jeito de garimpar. Aqui no Brasil, ainda não vi nada parecido.
Hello, It is a method for dry material only. Thank you for coming by !
Interested in Boulderdash's hat. Maybe he could share where he purchased it?
Brand : Sun Protection Zone
Model # 129192
Thanks guys! I ordered one today, cause I'm working down in the southern part of AZ and it is hot! Be careful out there!
You should get boulder dash to autograph that hat!!
Nice work hopefully it doesn’t start raining.
You be quiet 🤣🤣
Great video although i was hoping for more dad jokes! So cool to see you guys runnin the big equipment
Its getting mega hot out there, i`m not sure how long boulderdash wants to keep going.

That operation looks a little larger than 10 hp.....
I`m not sure what you mean ?

Yes , the ones boulderdash uses are not variable speed.
Do you guys do any refining of your gold?
No, that is left to the professionals.
