As the reporter said, Korean media covered this demonstration on TV. But Japanese TV stations are ignoring this event. It's really strange and disappointing.
I appreciate this report. What those protesters are upset with is Fuji TV's biased TV shows as the man who was interviewed in this video. When we think about the Japanese character, we know it is pretty rare that non-right-wing people get so upset that so many people protest against what they are upset. Then, we will be able to imagine how much the issue is serious to them and how much they are upset.
@picopicotantan Actually, this report misleads. This is not anti-Korea, neither anti-KPOP. I think....they feel Fuji TV is airing anti-Japan propaganda. Such... Last few year, Fuji TV did not air the victory ceremonies of figure skates when Japanese won, but they aired the ceremony when a Korean figure skater won. To me, it is odd that any TV station does not air the victory ceremony for its own country's athlete.
@the80points That's right. Fuji TV does the stealth marketing in the regular TV contents to sell music of that subsidies of Fuji TV has copyrights. Maybe we need to understand that Japanese TV industry is not a free marketing industry like other industries. They need to obtain broadcasting license from government and pay a small amount of money for use of public air. Broadcasting licenses are NEVER put on an auction block.
今回のデモを報道しないことで、日本のメディアを許す気が消えうせた。
全て潰れろ。情けはかけん。
間違っているなら報道で堂々と間違いと言え!
こんなデモがあったんですね。
Good reporting. Thanks.
