Use 3U Tools and flash/reflash 17.4/17.4.1 in 3U's UI and make sure to check the 'Battery Health Fix' or 'Battery Fix' option, which pops up right before you reflash the iOS firmware. Assuming the BMS is properly spot welded to a new cell, she will be at 100% after the firmware is done flashing. It does suck that you have to reset the device, but no worries, just have the client back up their iPhone to iCloud or if they don't have enough storage then back it up to your computer AND an external drive (redundancy FTW!). Then use 3U to flash 17.4 or 17.4.1 with the 'Battery Fix' option checked. Your client doesn't have to log out of their iCloud, when the phone comes back up after resetting, they can put their information in, just make sure they know what their username and password is before reflashing so you don't.
