We discovered one of the best Disney breakfast spots at Walt Disney World! We all had always heard great things about Streakhouse 71 breakfast and had previously only been for lunch / dinner. This meal ended up being one of our favorite Disney World dining experience that we have had recently. The service was amazing. Our waiter was so personable and gave us great and honest recommendations. The atmosphere was very relaxed and made for such an enjoyable morning. I had the Floridian eggs Benedict which features crab cakes. Being from the north easter right outside of Maryland we appreciated that the chef uses old bay seasoning in his crab cake receipt. After eating at Steakhouse 71 we enjoyed exploring around Disney's Contemporary Resort before catching the monorail over to Epcot!

I have visited all of the Disney Parks in the United States: Disneyland, California Adventure, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom! It is my dream to one day visited all the international Disney Parks as well! My travel interests also go beyond the Disney Parks, I love vlogging my cruise vacations and trips to all-inclusive resorts!
I am from Pennsylvania and grew up in a small town outside of Philadelphia. My dream is to soon relocate to the Orlando area and live near Disney!

As a Marylander person, I'm not a crab cake person, but this presentation of crab cake with egg is good.
I do remember the sky bucket’s and riding in them many years ago and I also remember where the stations were at each end to get on them one in tomorrow land and one where the tangled bathrooms are
I remember the buckets quite well. My mom, cousin and I actually got stuck on there. Too long a story to mention here but we eventually made it to the other side of Magic Kingdom. 1 time we ate at the top of the contemporary for breakfast. Yalls breakfast looked wonderful. I remember the sky buckets, I rode them in 91 or 92 with my mom. At that time Kevin Richardson from the Backstreet Boys was playing Aladdin then, too!

Been to steakhouse 71 a few times for dinner ……. Must try breakfast now!
The one day I got to go in the pool last year they closed it for "unexpected maintenance." A Disney duck decided to go to the bathroom in the pool 🤣

Love the greeter Carl. However, I think Grand Flo Cafe’s French Onion Soup is the best! Give it a try.

Always appreciate a good breakfast at WDW! My favorite place right now is honestly Primo Piatto at the Riviera! Really enjoy the primo platter and the french toast bread pudding. Great food and it is a quick service restaurant!

Hi Meg great vlog as always i have to say that i am not a fan of the rooms at the contemporary and i remember the skybuckets and i did not like riding in them i am afarid of heights do not like being up high like that .
Thank you! I am a huge fan of the decor in the Bay Lake tower rooms. Which they would have gone more that direction when they renovated the Contemporary rooms

I haven't staid in the main Contemporary building, only the DVC tower. It has a more modern vide to it. I don't remember any Incredibles theming and it was only about a year ago we were there last.
We ate at Steakhouse 71 for breakfast when we were there. It was delicious!

Do they allow you to park on site with a breakfast reservation even if you're not staying onsite? It will be our first time going to this restaurant. So excited =)

No I’m with YOU! I think the new re done rooms suck look cheap and stupid for the Contemporary Hotel ! Cheap lower tier design !
