man that's seem so long ago, there were like the few videos you watched you you tube. now there is literally everything on RUclips.
People to sucumb to watching crap videos and forget what RUclips was like. People seem to forget that RUclips used to be free website. The comments section, believe it or not, used to be a place where content creators should hang out with their fans and people people had fair debates, and there were very few trolls. There were barely any "Lets-Play" videos, and when there were, they original and funny. Now, RUclips has turned into a money-making corporate buisness machine. Morons who desire RUclips fame make festering Fnaf, CoD and Minecraft videos with no charm or originality. WatchMojo and other soulless pieces of crap top Ten channels have flooded everybody's suggestion box with yet another daily upload titled, "Yet Another Top Ten Cameos in Superhero Movies." It seems like the most harmless comment will spark a war of pure rage between losers with nothing else to do. We are forced to watch 40 second ads that take 30 seconds to buffer so greedy, moronic RUclipsrs can buy the new Call of Duty DLC.
What has RUclips come to?
I started work at a bakery recently and one of the things I do in the morning is restock our muffin table for the morning crowd. I keep reciting this in my head as I work so I had to revisit this video 🤣I see customers walk by the table and think “you’ll eat a muffin, you’ll eat it and like it!”

This format of youtube videos became a lost art after they started monetizing videos. From then on, they started becoming more and more overly polished and rehearsed. Plus, when camera quality and resolution started improving, videos lost more of the raw, homely feeling. I don’t think we’ll ever see videos in this form again. And that makes me sad...

Everything from the weird cutaways to the incorrect aspect ratio gets to me even now. Watched this about 10 years back and it defined my life as a 10 year old. Sometimes I miss content like this tho like everything seems super polished and has lost its almost homely essence to it.
