The patented HPS III-MH nozzle concept is the most powerful and maintenance-friendly solution for direct side gating worldwide. Depending on shot weight and application several versions are available. The tip inserts are installed from the parting line of the mould in the last assembly step after the nozzle body has been installed. Thus, they can be exchanged easily without having to dismantle the mould.
