    I like the breakdown of the records that you should be keeping. I think it would be nice to list the retention requirements for each document.

    Leak Tests
    Sealed Source Inventory
    Dosimetry Records
    Written Directives
    Radioactive Waste Records
    RSC Meeting Minutes
    Well Counter Quality
    Control Reports
    Survey Meter Calibration Certificates
