  • This video was already published live HOWEVER, I feel like more people need to see it so I uploaded it to where it would be seen in the VIDEOS section.
In this video I discuss the deity of Christ. Specifically, I focus on proving that Jesus is Jehovah/YHWH. I have a good friend who is Jehovah Witness and I am hoping this video will reach him.

    New International Version
The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the LORD (Jesus) and against his anointed, saying. Psalms 2:2
Who is the anointed of Jesus?

I think in this context, Jesus is the Anointed. This passage draws a distinction between the Person of the Father and the Person of the Son.

Jesus was the first and the last in Rev 1:17 in that Jehovah God raised Jesus and from then on it was Jesus who raised the dead , so "first and last" in terms of resurrection.
The Alpha and Omega terms were used 3 times in Revelation , in Rev 1:8 which is the Almighty speaking , so too is 21:6 and chapter 22 is an epilogue and many quotes are given so since Jehovah is the only known to say this , this will be His quote too!

But Isaiah calls YHWH the First and the Last. It seems like John is attributing the name of God to Jesus (Just like every other Apostle does).

If I am remembering correctly, the word "Pneuma" in Greek is Neuter. Ruach in Hebrew is feminine. However, that has nothing to do with the Holy Spirit being a woman. The Holy Spirit is YHWH who has revealed Himself as HE.

@@TwitchyThelogian well the word is not a gender in the bible if you look at the original language and we are made in the image of God male and female its almost a no brainer but there are verses a lot of them do you want to read them?

Revelation 1:8 (ESV): 8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”Revelation 1:18 (ESV): 18 and the living one. I died, and behold I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of Death and Hades.

Revelation 1:8 is the one upon the throne , this verse isnt Jesus ,Jesus is verse 5,6,7 where God is verse 4 and 8 . Read it again. The Lamb stands before God who is upon the throne.

So, how do you explain all of the texts referenced in the video? The NT authors quoted the OT and replaced YHWH with Jesus. How do you explain that. Concerning John 17 why don't you look down a few verses. It says that Jesus shared glory with the Father. But Isaiah says that YHWH shares His glory with no one. Read in context my guy. We all believe there is only ONE God but your argument assumes Unitarianism when the following verses completely abolish your understanding. If you want to debate it we can.
