heeeeeere's the tea: it lauren and joey are together, great! if not, great! but they haven't confirmed or denied (to my knowledge), and i think that's completely valid and respectable. i personally have no problem with shipping people as long as it's not taken too far. as it is, i think we're fairly respectful to everyone in starkid about this, so i think we're fine to continue.
however.

Tbh usually when people neither confirm nor deny it means they are together. Because it’s just so easy to stop the gossip/fans from shipping it if you just say it’s not real
Nikita Piepke i see what you mean, for sure, but i also don't think it's a 100% telltale sign... personally, if i were in the public eye, i probably wouldn't confirm or deny any relationships either, regardless of my actual status.

I know this comment is really old but I’m almost certain they are. There’s a censored photo of them holding a piece of paper together, and you can clearly see the word “Marriage” on it and it looks like a marriage certificate held in front of an envelope as if they had just gotten it in the mail
