They aren't sealing her power. It's a symbolic gesture for when she was chained up with chains that actually did seal her power

Rosa's feathers are the most broken move in the game lol. She's a bit overpowered but I actually found Bayonetta's physical attacks to be too weak.. She really has to rely on spamming bullets to deal much damage on higher difficulties.

@@SaltymanGaming i tried playing bayonetta in b2 on climax, it made me feel crippled cuz of how weak she is, and on nintendo switch you can use climax brace 2 and still save your scores (nintendo switch only) and she still lacks dmg

It’s quite easy with Rosa, because of the pistol damage and combo points, just try not to get hit really and you’ll be fine, if you do get hit, I believe you can go the title screen and go back to the level and it’ll erase your recent progress,meaning you can pp it.
